Pieces, blocks and plates
Cut pieces, plates, blocks, semi-finished parts and residues from machining WCu material.
We purchase WCu / tungsten copper – composite tungsten-copper materials in the form of pieces, plates, blocks, contacts, electrodes, offcuts and other production or operational residues.
WCu is a material group based on a combination of tungsten and copper. In industry it is used where high thermal resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity and resistance of electrical contacts to arc erosion are required.
Typical applications include high-power electrical contacts, switching and arc contacts, electrodes, discharge/EDM applications and heat-dissipation components. We purchase new and used parts, production residues and non-standard solid materials.

WCu composition varies by application. We therefore assess the material according to actual tungsten and copper content, dimensions, quantity and any additional constituents.

WCu contacts from power electrical engineering, switching technology and high-voltage applications.
Electrodes, erosion parts, thermally stressed components and other technical WCu-based parts.
Offcuts, rejects, solid scrap and other material generated during manufacturing and machining.
The XRF photo shows one specific example with an indicative measured composition 70.37% W and 29.23% Cu. This is not a universal WCu composition – individual grades can differ significantly.

We assess solid materials, production waste and non-standard WCu components. For larger quantities, logistics and acceptance are arranged individually.
Tungsten-copper materials are described in several ways in technical documentation. We purchase WCu, tungsten copper and copper tungsten materials according to their actual composition.
These terms are used for materials based on tungsten and copper. The actual elemental ratio can vary, so we assess the specific composition.
Yes. Pieces and other industrial residues with confirmed or verifiable WCu composition can be assessed.
