We purchase used tungsten evaporation coils, baskets, wires and heating elements from vacuum evaporation and metallisation. These components are used as a high-temperature source for evaporating coating metals in vacuum.
Tungsten coils for vacuum evaporation
Special tungsten evaporation coils and wire heating elements are used for vacuum metallisation. Tungsten is suitable for this application because of its high temperature resistance and low vapour pressure. Industrial variants designated, for example, as WVM are intended specifically for vacuum metallisation and are commonly used to evaporate aluminium.
