For a quick assessment, we mainly need to know what material you have, the approximate quantity and where it is located. For technically more complex materials, we will ask additional questions about construction or how the waste was generated.
For manufacturing companies, we organise purchasing to fit into operations
For regularly generated carbide scrap, it is most efficient to keep material groups separated at the source. This simplifies acceptance, valuation and logistics.
Material definition
We establish once what the material flow contains – for example VBD inserts, solid tools, sludge, chips or brazed parts.
Separated fractions
It is advantageous not to mix hard scrap, soft scrap, HSS and tungsten alloys because they are assessed differently.
Recurring collection
Collection frequency and logistics can be arranged according to actual quantity and the customer's operating rhythm.
Suitable for technical materials, regular deliveries and corporate enquiries.
For larger quantities and industrial jobs, we arrange handover or collection.
What to include in your enquiry
- material type – for example carbide inserts, drills, turning tools, Morgan Rolls, sludge…
- approximate weight or number of pieces
- location where the material is ready for collection
- for alloys and sludges, any known composition or analysis
- for processing as a service, the required result
Corporate and recurring waste
If the material is generated repeatedly, tell us the approximate monthly or annual volume and packaging method. We will propose a cooperation model that makes logistical and commercial sense.
